Eberbach’s E6155.SC cGMP Suitable Stainless Steel Large Capacity Orbital Shaker comes with a Stainless Steel integrated pallet base which allows the machine to handle large capacity loads without needing to be lagged to the floor.  The E6155.SC can be moved by pallet jack or forklift and is available with many options and accessories including optional integrated load cell and biochemical sensors for use with single-use bio process bags and containers.

Eberbach’s E6155.SC cGMP Suitable Stainless Steel Large Capacity Orbital Shaker with integrated Stainless Steel pallet base is designed to be used in Biopharma applications, Clean Room applications, and high humidity environmental environments and enclosures for rotary swirling action and used for bioprocessing, cell culturing, aeration in fermentations, and various other chemical mixing procedures.  The E6155.SC comes standard with a stainless steel exterior finish, and is IP65 rated and is considered cGMP suitable.  The E6155.SC is designed to handle large load capacities with it’s integrated pallet base which allows it to not need to be lagged to the floor and can be moved by pallet jack or forklift (unit can accommodate loads up to 500 lbs).

The orbital motion of the E6155.SC ensures efficient liquid mixing, particle suspension, and aeration. The E6155.SC allows high oxygen transfer rates with low shear forces not seen with other bioreactors which use propellers or impellers. The E6155.SC reduces stress on cells thanks to the swirling action of the shaker. This motion is particularly suitable for chromatography slurry preparation and cell cultivation applications. The E6155.SC uses Eberbach unique balanced bearing plates for a long-lasting smooth operation, repeatable motion with accurate control of the orbital speed and time duration.

When used with optional biochemical sensors, the E6155.SC is ideal for scale-up fermentation, cultivation, and bio-processing applications. Like all Eberbach Shakers, these are simple to use and maintain. The eccentric drive is counterbalanced to assure smooth acceleration and minimal bearing wear. The E6155.SC has a factory set uniform 2.0” diameter orbit to ensure uniform agitation to all containers (other strokes are available upon request).

The E6155.SC comes standard with IP65 rated HMI.  The desired rate of rotation is adjusted from the HMI with speed control touch screen, speed is monitored via servo motor encoder for accurate positioning and control. The HMI includes countdown timer and can be selected for timed operation or the unit can be used for constant operation. Standard Data export is available by USB export to CSV file, other data transfer and machine integration is available optionally.  The E6155.SC is rated for continuous operation.  The E6145.SC has many options and accessories available, please see specifications for more.
