Explosion Proof - Medium Duty Reciprocal Shaker

*Please note, the unit pictured above is the standard E6005.00 explosion proof Medium Duty Reciprocal Shaker with the optional E6040.00 Utility Box Carrier.  Eberbach shaker power units are sold separately from shaker tops and all other accessories.  Most common top sold with this type of machine is the E6040.00 utility box top (as shown) or the E6061.00 perforated platform which can hold flask holders or separatory funnels, see accessories on right.

The Explosion proof Mid Range Reciprocal Shaker E6005 is a variable speed shaker that oscillates at 80-240 osc/min (speed variation +/- 5%. ). For general purpose shaking in hazardous locations electrically rated: Class 1 Group D, Class 2, Groups F and G. Operates in a space 33 1/2 W x 20" D. The 1/6 HP explosion proof motor drives the same shaker mechanism as the model E6000. The explosion proof motor must be connected to an explosion proof line at the point of installation. Shaker is electrically explosion proof rated only when wired in accordance with Local Electrical Code. Stroke is fixed at 1 1/2". Maximum load is 50 lbs. Motor is supplied with power leads through a conduit box, but without a switch, cord, or carrier plate.

Please Note: Eberbach Explosion Proof products do not come standard with third-party/NRTL hazardous location certification documentation or unit labels, these can be purchased optionally at an added cost and are subject to your location and specific application.   ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION – Standard machine comes with flying leads, customer is required to install machine and needs to consult local electrical wiring code.  Customer is required to have the unit wired into the power source accordingly by a certified electrician with hazardous location certification.  Rated On-Off switch and power cord do not come standard, these can be purchased optionally and are specific to the application - please contact us for more information.
