The E3803 High-throughput Cutting Mill features a 7.75-inch diameter x 3.9inch deep sealed cutting chamber (50% deeper than the E3703). The cutting chamber has six stationary blades and two different rotating cutting head options, a four-bladed head and a six-bladed head (the machine comes standard with the four-bladed head) that revolve at high speed to produce a shearing action which minimizes heat build-up and increases throughput. Samples introduced through the hopper are swept around by the rotor until they are cut to sufficient fineness to pass through the sieve. The hard, tool steel cutting edges on the knives allow milling of a wider range of materials, including plastics, animal feed, bones, cables, cardboard, electronic scrap, feed pellets, foils, food, leather, material mixtures, non-ferrous metals, paper, pharmaceutical products, refuse-derived fuels, rubber, waste, wood and so much more.

The E3803 is designed with a machine tool type of cartridge spindle, small powerful servo motor which allows for variable speed operation of 0 - 3,000 rpm with extremely high torque. The chamber door comes standard with a door safety switch (auto door option is available upon request) and the machine comes with a floor stand with casters.

E3803 is supplied with the following: 

1x Plunger, 1x Hopper, 3x Sieves (0.5mm, 1mm and 2mm), 1x Delivery chute extension tube, 1x Toolset, 1x rotating cutter head with 4x rotating blades, 6x stationary cutting blades, and 1x brush.
